Saying they may cut or even they will cut is not all that relevant. Lynas needs about 800 RMB / KG with vat to be nicely profitable at a year ago expense level. Expenses have and will continue to go up so hard to know if that is enough. Todays price is 399. that means prices have to go up 100% which is a lot. JMO we will have lots of time to see this happening and Lynas production increases happening so no need to buy now even if theses things are a certainty. The watchful buyer will always see theses types of things develop long before others.
