I am sure that her decision on Nov. 8 will be in SMSL favorAs I have already written. There is NO JUSTIFICATION to the TOL suspension from any legal or other aspect. It is obvious that the judge is biased in favor of SMSL. That's the reason she suspended the TOL in the first place. That is the reason she gave leave to SMSL to appeal the Gov decisions even though it was way past the allowed period to appeal. That's the reason SMSL demanded to continue their appeal in Kuantan because the judge presiding there is in their favor.
There is no point trying to find grace in her eyes by not appealing now. The lawyer representing Lynas is a fool and must be replaced. He does not even know how to keep his mouth shut and not to reveal that Lynas got the import licenses from AELB.
lynas must appeal the tol suspension !
