Nothing smells like corruption in this case. Injunctions happen all the time and it is a risk to all business, especially those in a controversial industry. The issues at hand is whether the TOL was issued correctly and legally, an injunction in cases such as these is perfectly normal.
Apple got an injunctions against Samsung to stop the sale of Galaxy Tabs in Australia leading up to the Christmas break. This is despite the end result being that no patent infringement was found. Were the Australian courts massively corrupt in granting Apple an injunction?
