You are right and I was wrong. Mea culpa.

Recently, I did post some gemeral articles on REEs and on China.

Memory plays tricks and I did not want to be seen as some disgruntled poster, turning the blade in a wounded Lynas. I do hope Lynas does succeed and soon.


My last posts specifically on Lynas were in March 2012, when LYC was $1.245: e.g.

However, what I recently said was true in spirit. I should have worded it as follows:


In the past, when I cautioned cautioned "Lynas entusiastics" about Malaysian politics, I was pelted with abuse and accusations of down ramping. I sold out of Lynas and bit my tongue.


I also was among the first posters to ask the provocative question of whether China would see Lynas' LAMP as a positive or negative development. Remember that Chinese interests tried to buy Lynas Mt Weld several years ago


It gives me no pleasure that my concerns have proven true.


My advice is that this is no longer a Lynas issue, but a country issue between Australia and Malaysia. Lynas need
to get the conversation going at an inter-county level.


I must admit that I do not have confidence that Lynas management recognise ths, else they would have initiated it earlier.
