Yeah well with Lynas monitoring all potentially defamatory material, you can bet this last spate will add weight to their legal case against the SMSL movement for defamation. =
At the end of the day, the anti-Lynas movement generate erroneous spin, which has in part contributed to the decline of the SP, BUT they continue TO LOSE IN THE COURTS as the court doesn't base their judgement on "spin" but on "FACTS". This is significant for as their avenues for action dwindle so will their effectiveness.
Remember RE prices have been the MAIN contributor to the SP decline - so let's not fall for more "spin" from the Anti-Lynas crowd in taking credit for the decline.......see their latest blog:(
The SP will recover from this it is only a question of WHEN and I reckon the proof will be in the RARE EARTH PUDDING:)
