Timmo.....methinks because they have 'nothing new' to support their forthcoming appeal to the appeal to the appeal's appeal.......this is just more political jockeying to put the Lynas issue back on the front page in a negative spin simply because there has far too much positive spin recently leading up to the next (AND HOPEFULLY FINAL appeal) on December 19 !!!! If there are any concerns about by-products......it becomes only more obvious that SMSL is simply a political by-product of the opposition !!!
