As I have noted on these forums, the trick to making money on lynas is to not hold the stock for too long. It is one of my best performing stock in terms of return. But that's because I do not hold it for long. i did very well during the market recovery with lynas by buying and selling it multiple times since March. But I do not hold it now, and I won't buy back in for a while maybe, although you never know.

In fact I sold my entire portfolio recently because the market, particularly in USA, is way over valued compared to fundamentals. Apple is not a $2 trillion company, and Tesla should not be the most valuable car company.

The RE market has a very good future and California just announced a total band on new gas car from 2035 onwards. However, as of right now the markets are crazy over valued and we do not fully know the long term impact of covid on world economy, particularly western economies.
