That is not the case. Submissions from the public review period were sent by the EPA to Lynas for response. Once Lynas responds, which they probably have done by now, the EPA has up to 12 weeks to make its report to the Minister for a decision. Expect a decision from the Minister anytime in the next few months. I have done my research.
