Regarding Livent I am thinking not the same situation - there are fewer players here than lithium making this more controllable plus don’t think you had the same degree of government involvement. This would cover all the major players in the western world and everything from mines to magnets. TBD how do they set prices, determine output, etc since it needs to be a profit making entity unless world governments end up owning and not caring like OPEC which I hope is not the case. ‘ The Middle East has oil but we have rare earth.’
