just drove past large Chinese rare earth deposits in Inner Mongolia via Etuoke a week ago.
Understand that industry there is in dire straits, too.
Solution- Prices increase to lift all Players in the industry.Also undertand that the metals Exchange has
issues
playing into the Hands of LYC IMO.
