the majority of what you call down rampers are posting based on business fundamentals like the fact that they owe A$580 mill with A$40 mill of that due in 8 weeks and at the end of June they had A$30 mill cash and the jun qtr did not generate enough cash flow to even cover intrest.
So the business is very clearly technically insolvent and only survives on the grace of the lenders who keep deferring payments and creditors. When the accounts come out have a look at AP compared to AR.

Against that you have posters who claim that JARE are likley to do a debt for equity at 10c share and that is based on if they bought 800 mill shares the price would go far higher than 10c ($1 was suggested) That scenario is not going to happen, if they took equity it would be at market or more likely a discount to market.


And everyone should forget teh $2.60 in the price bubble, most REE companies share price was at least 20 times what they are now.
