The announcement specifically stated that the separation is subject to product approval and market demand. It DID NOT give any indication on whether the approval and demand will be below nameplate capacity by the end of the financial.
For example. the approval and demand may already be there, but in line with the "3 months to reach nameplate capacity" it may still be in the process of ramping up the separation units. Stop reading so much doom and gloom into everything that is released.
