But I believe the summit mentioned on 9 news is about the summit that the QUAD are going to have this year. The outcome of the QUAD summit could push Lynas on to a whole new level dwarfing it's current size.
For those that are unaware the QUAD Group is group formed by Australia, U.S, Japan & India. they will say the group was formed economic cooperation for all things technology etc, but anyone who has some interest in geopolitics and fault lines knows what the QUAD group is really about.
