Hi Trader V,You have got to be very careful what you say in public about company Directors and companies as they may decide to sue for defamation. You really do not want to be fighting them in court over such things. We need to concentrate on the goal of having the Directors reconsider the whole idea of the Lynas Forge deal and decide that in the best interests of the company and ALL shareholders that they they will withdraw the proposal and cancel the EGM.
They will then look at the corporate governance issues that have been raised by shareholders and separate the roles of the CEO and Chairman.I think that will satisfy the Shareholders Action Group and most long term holders.
