The nugget in this article is ‘Vacuumschmelze GmbH’ and their apparent interest in setting up in Malaysia. No doubt they, and other magnet makers, will be talking with Lynas. A JV or some other arrangement with such a company is the ‘next’ big move for Lynas IMHO.
