Warnie, that second paragraph may be misleading to anyone who doesn't follow the link to the full article. In particular the line:
"Australian rare earths producer Lynas Corp plans to update the market on an independent review of its rare earths plant in Malaysia, it said on Thursday, requesting a trading halt on its shares."
There has been no such recent announcement. This paragraph was a caption to a photo, which I believe hasn't been updated since it was originally posted in June. Appears that when it was copied and pasted has shown in the text as the second paragraph, so the article is misquoted.
Just wanted to point that out so people don't dismiss the entire article based on this.
