On NOV 8 there will be a decision, Its decision day.. Thats the day it will be really good or really bad.... Thats the day for real long term SP movement...
Also as mentioned previously the ore has left fremantle. They are keeping it under wraps due to threats from SMSL to blockade port. Nick make it clear that after the first hearing there would be no delay as it was after Oct 4. Meaning the ore was not expected to arrive before then. You can bet the ore will arrive at the lamp and stored ready for use within a week.
The import licence was approved before the court hearing suspending any new TOL updates, which means by law Lynas did it before the hearing. Lamp start up will be NOV 9
