    The concentrate plant is running between 70-72% against plan of 65% - 14-15 tonnes per hour, and grades of ca 37%, so you're slightly under but not that much.

    taking your ca 31.4kt *2 = 62.8kt. At a concentrate rate of 15 tph that = 4186 h - we know they run two shifts when operating the mine and concentrator at capacity = 16 hour days = 4186 / 16 = 262 days per year they'd need to operate at an average of 15 tonne hours.

    Add in a bit of overtime, that the 14-15 tonnes likely accounts for at least minor planned outages and that they have shitloads ore mined already I fail to see how that is a problem... i.e. they need to run the mine at capacity to supply LAMP at capacity - that's how it's supposed to be isn't it? (I haven't seen the document you are referring to though so they may have indeed referred to other numbers in there).
