Awesome work qiktrade. As a bit of a noob to the trading game I had quite resolved how to value a stock based on own assumptions etc.

I do a lot of spreadsheet cost and investment modelling for work but never thought it through enough to resolve how to forecast your own view.

Thanks for the edu-macation now I feel more confident with my qualitative assumptions!

Anyway also my two bobs worth on top. Looking at the DOE review of REO criticality seems to suggest continuing strong upward pressure on prices driven by:
- Increasing demand (even allowing for pessimism of a second global shock)
- China continuing to squeeze their own black market out
- China / India growing middle class wanting to dive into all of the mod-con's
- Mountain Pass mine a fair while away from production
- Other international sources small in comparison and also early in development
- The high regard for the critical nature of these commodities potential for stockpiling inventories when prices are low
