These assumptions are quite conservative, which may not be a bad thing, it will at least allow you to sleep at night:)
There are arguments to support a higher longterm basket than $60 but only time will tell of course.
However, I think you may have made a boo boo with your calcs.
22,000x(60-15)x1000 /2000,000,000 = 49.5 cents per share earnings ?
Hence a PE of 12? 12 months forward = share price of?
