For the purposes of my conservative calcs I'm using 11k tons phase 1 capacity for 2012/13. 22K tons for 2013/14.
I used to wonder why NC sold a large parcel at $2.20 when the $4 club was in full swing, but I now suspect the LynasCorp business plan never favoured 3 digit basket prices. Still I would feel more comfortable if there had been some director buying below current levels.
