From Memeory, back in January the chief of AELB stated that they meet every month end to discuss the cases and Lynas was one of them for January meeting (he was obviously trying to down play that they are doing Lynas no favours by holding the meeitng in January.
From that I gather there will be one at the end of June. However, depending on the drivers may not be the one where the TOL issued. Looks like more likely end of July meeting is where the decision will be made. Fits in neatly with the statement form the WA that the concentrate is supposed to leave Fremantle in second half of the year.
