* Rare Earth prices sky rocketing to decade high levels, and set to increase even further.
* Booming Global demand for rare earths - which is only set to increase further over the next decade.
* Lack of additional meaningful global supply for at least the next 5 years.
* China now directly cutting off U.S defence firms from rare earth supply. U.S Govt & Pentagon now scrambling to source supply to ensure ongoing production of F35's, submarines, missiles, radar components, etc
