Gimmi, I've followed JPM's numbers for the past 3 yrs and they tend to be conservative.
They use DCF to arrive at $3313M LAMP + Mt Weld - ($351M Corproate + $241M debt) = $2721M or $1.39ps NPV.
Finally: "December 2013 price target of $1.00/share is based on a 25% discount to our net present value to consider risks around rare earths prices."
Personally I feel it should read "risks around rare earths demand/potential sales volumes".
