Perhaps Lynas should consider a contingency to crack and leach in Australia. That way Australian company’s could benefit from the supply of chemicals required and most of the waste produced is at this stage. Should be no problem selling condisoil in Australia.

I’m all for bringing jobs back to Australia.
This could be stage one in a long term plan to wind down the LAMP.

At the very least Lynas could flag there intentions of expanding by opening another facility.. I’m sure other countries would be eager to outbid Malaysia. Japan could be one option.
