Lol, you are more likely to get an Ann. from Lynas that they didn't tender than confirmation they did.
RFI look like they were written for Lynas/Blueline, to the exclusion of anyone else if only by the condition of being able to demonstrate a commercial mkt.
Of more interest is when are the other four tenders going to be let, particularly LRE & NdFeB.
Suspect clear & ordered purpose in letting the HRE tender first, missing link in a transition process that will deliver the fastest results.
And that won't be waiting around for the ambulance chasers to sort their decade high pile of glossy PDF's.
