We've seen the US attitude before . Huge bubble without anything to offer. I bet they dont even know Lynas exists although the US seems to want HREEs that LYC doesnt tend to be heavily involved in. They get emotional about US maintaining access from within US but forget that its not iron ore.
The only issue is the US being uncertain that strategically they can have unfettered access to REEs as the Oz PM (what was her name?)promised Obama way back. China's militarization of Sth China Sea has changed focus I think.
Not pushing ALK in which I have LT interest but the US investors would find it cheaper to put some cash there...HREEs
Anyway my thoughts
