Unfortunately, it seems that we as in LYC are paying for'OUR NC' to pursue 'HIS OWN' interests rather than LYCs interests.
Also given his past history, can't be too complacent about his motives about Crown. After all that is a (potentially) big Niobium ore and China and Japan are desperately seeking it.
