If NC had ulterior motives that are not to the benefit of LYC shareholders he would be very aware of the scrutiny that the earlier crown affair generated...major shareholders, ASIC etc.
He would not risk all of his personal gains for such a tactic, now, even if he may have in the past ( unsubstantiated). If he did he would be stupid. If he is stupid no one should be invested in LYC in the first place.
What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Seems like a lot of energy going into convicting someone for a crime that might happen one day.
