@ ilyas , I can't agree more , it doesn't make sense to me either . I have no doubt that an organized fear complain is going on here !! Some making assumption of capital raising and than starting to discuss about its effect!! and how many millions of new shares has to be issued !! What about assuming Lynas will go on fire tomorrow and discuss about its effect too ?
