100% correct.
As I've stated before, IMO, this is a punt of REE prices and the AU$.
A 10% further fall in the two big volume elements would turn into a negative number.
Lanthanum Oxide
Cerium Oxide
Both of these are above 110% of China domestic prices.
Could go either way.
However a small profit or even a small net negative is much better than not selling the 11kt of REE.
Lets trust he can deliver on the sales, quickly.
