In your effort to discredit Lynas's spokeperson you fail to read the article properly the statement says:


""Lynas has been given no indication that this appeal will change the project's timeline," a Lynas spokesman said.

Refering to a (revised) TIMELINE is NOT the same as saying ON TIME.

One can also only comment on being "on time" at any given point of time, as various factors change being "on time", therefore so must the timeline change - it is an evolving creature.

To expect NO delays (political and legal challenges aside) given the scope and size of the project is naive as an investor, director or just plain commentator.

Try investing in a junior gold producer for eg - gold has been mined for 100's of years but it makes the start up no less easier, for each mine and plant has it's own challenges. You are not just digging stuff out of the ground (like coal or IO) you are separating and processing. Sheesh!
