Assuming this drama continues on well past the Nov 8 court date, and assuming China would accept concentrate from Lynas direct, what price would Lyans get per kg of concentrate?
My thinking is, Lynas put the LAMP on hold (well it is anyway) to stop any further cashburn, send the workers away, start sending concentrate direct to China for processing, onsell as agreed to Japanese etc, with a JV arrangement between the two (Chiona and Lynas) ...what price would they get?
In the meantime, start the process to sue the Malaysian Government/ AELB, whoever.
