I am wondering if this is clever spin...
Fuziah says Lynas is shipping ore in by the end of the month...
Lynas has no intention to ship in ore.
Ore doesn't arrive,
Fuziah then claims a victory saying that she stopped it and is a mighty friend of the people.
This is what I believe she is doing with all her tactics...to say Lynas is doing something it shouldn't be doing. Lynas wasn't going to do it anyway...she looks like the hero when it doesn't happen.
To combat this Lynas need to be clear on what they are doing and time lines an approvals. When they stick to those timelines, then they have proof the Fuziah is all spin and hot air.
The fact that Lynas do not address AELB statement about proper submission, lends more smoke and mirrors to the game which ultimately hurts the SP.
I am wondering if this is clever spin...Fuziah says Lynas is...
