SPP was undersubscribed, so instos got shares from that at 56c as well as everything they picked up in the fear campaign down around support at 55 / 56c. Then they just took it up to that massive closing auction volume from a few weeks back at 64c and ditched - perfect play but not exactly left field. Bet a lot of retailers who missed the SPP were buying when the pros were offloading. Rare earth prices got smashed yesterday but that went largely unnoticed on HC yesterday in the euphoria after the court telling SMSL to bugger off. So not surprising the SP didn't get marked up further today prior to distribution.
