The article that started this discussion is not about Lynas but rather about the problems with pollution resulting from OTHER rare earth producers around the world. Siemens could not possibility get all its requirements from clean and green sources at this stage so they can't claim to be clean and green. This has been a dirty business as far as pollution, especially radioactive pollution, is concerned and Lynas is providing a solution to the problem. It is probably an advantage to Lynas to have the pollution problems highlighted and pressure placed on the likes of Siemens to become more clean and green.
