What ! What I posted was not a repeat.
II said I have driven an Escape hybrid and they seem great around town but for longer trips the motor comes on and it uses gas to compensate. Granted this was a friend's car, and I was on the freeway from Marin Co. To Santa Cruz and back and I didn't keep track of the fuel I put in it. But it wasn't much .
Ooverall I thought it was a great car and I can't wait to see the future.
