A bit of this topic, But I also thought It was funny, they were keen to point out all the reasons why LYC chose Malaysia (Good infrastructure, good labour force including PhD,specialist engineers etc (which Aust. didn't have many of) Good power (Gas), water supply etc, etc)
However, No mention of the fact LYC had been induced there, with a Tax free first few years (I've forgotten the what the deal was exactly).
