harmony_bull, not to break your illusion of harmony, but if the ship was leaving tonight with an approved import permit dependent on an approved TOL and import licence, it would depend on what exactly was "stayed"...
Indeed it is possible that the import licence was not stayed in which case this may not delay anything, assuming the court doesn't put a permanent stay on the TOL. If however the details (no doubt released in the next day or so) show tha the import licence and permit have been put on hold, very different matter...
Let's wait and see what Lynas says...
