The High Court of MY has primacy over that of Kuantan.
However, that was (or so we thought) a minor victory of the complainants to move the proceedings to the more local court. They for sure hoped that it would help them if the judges were closer to the action.
It does now seem as if it was a successful strategy.
As bsimisu points out, very much depends on the small print in this court decision. So far we are only fed information from the side of Anti-Lynas... as so many times before, to the total detriment of the SP.
Have moved out of Lynas completely now, but rather have no sentiment as everything is so chaotic. Frankfurt is a massacre at the moment, straight down to hell (we are below EUR 0.59 = AUD 0.7305 now).
