I have been laughing at the Anti Lynas crowd for grabbing at straws....Now I am the one doing it, this is probably true but it is so far left field I find it hard to believe.
It is 'probably true'...but it is strange that all the reports state that it is Tan Bun Teet saying that court decision was made. Also that Lynas and Court Officials were not available for comment.
More information will be required about what on hold means. Presumably the ore is already on the way. Tan Bun Teet be made to pay the additional shipping costs incurred in turning them around. If 'Oh Hold' means they can't fire up the kiln then the nett effect of the stay order is zero. It is likely that this is what it means. Otherwise - Lynas will have reason to sue for the costs incurred through this flippant decision.
