I don't think there will be another CR.
Conveniently and smart enough, BHP and RIO let Lynas do the hard yard and us investors have to bite the bullet.
Now on of them, I assume, will step in to diversify their investments and will offer us a 100% premium to current share price and the lynas board will recommend we accept the offer. this is typical scenario of other take overs.
the offer will be less than the cost of LAMP. VERY smart.
