I am really starting to think that my original suspicions were true. Why in the world would management let the share price get continually battered each day and just stand there like a deer in the headlights. The only plausible explanation is that they indeed cannot find a broker brave enough to step up and underwrite an equity placement. No other reason makes sense to me.
