I noticed when with commsec my trades would be cross trades which meant the trades were done internally with another commsec customer. I noticed my trades would not be included in the volume for the stock for that day and that annoyed me. Plus I felt a bit ripped off as the cost of my trade for commsec would have been extremely minimal than if it through the market.
