Mrs OM - though its possible the Chinese could drop REE's to next to nothing, sell at a major loss simply to force the closure of any western sources - then just go back to business as usual.
Molycorp and Lynas don't have the luxury of a state body backing them - they'll live and die by the market.
This is something of a real concern for the entire REE industry to think about.
