Freighter32, the number of shares on issue was 1.7B before we issued another 10% of the company to Mount Kellet in the form of Convertible Bonds. So on a fully diluted basis, which you should be using, you need to add the additional shares to be issued for this i.e. 1.7B + 10%.
I haven't looked up the exact figure, but this will reduce all your SP forecasts by about 10%.
