So what? The point is the west is trying to become less dependent on China. I thought that was obvious by now. Ask instead how much extra are the western OEM’s and their customers willing to pay for supply security and ability to deal with western companies? The answer to that question can only be determined over time with input from the Alliance and other like minded governments surely.
