As expected the gap has closed with lynas closing in after hours trade at $2.06 having closed at $1.98 but having traded all night at $2.02 so justbtracking the aus market at this stage.
Article today that molycorp isnstill trying to tap the federal gov for loan guarantees to build it's plant.
Very diff to lyc has money in bank for stage 1 through last years cap raising of $450 mill. Also japan ready to fund stage 2.
So IMHO lyc should be $500m market cap ahead of MVP not then other way. This is about 60c share.
MCp being driven by shorting and fear re unrestricted period endiing on the 20 Jan sand has corrected from 62 to 46. I read an article that pre empted this but talk about it beingn a strong buy at $40 so correction may be close to done.
With the sojitz deal to be finalized soon lyc cc will reach new highs soon IMHO
