So it's been going on all the time. The only way it would affect the SP is if it increased, pushing the price down a tiny bit, or decreased, pushing it up.
But if the company wasn't a sitting duck for short sellers, you wouldn't have to worry about it. All those failed promises from that one Nick Curtis, 10% of world REE market share by 2004 ...... etc. etc. etc. just make it a shorter's dream.
