Najib says will store Lynas waste here, but away from populace
Lynas Corp rare earth refinery in Gebeng will be stored in Malaysia but away from populated areas, Datuk Seri Najib Razak was reported as saying by Bernama Online
But Najib’s announcement in Kota Baru today suggests that the government is no longer pursuing this requirement. (meaning previous requirement of transport back to OZ)
The prime minister added that the exact location had yet to be decided upon, saying this would be made known at an undisclosed time in the future.
Is this the final solution? I keep my fingers crossed even though i start loosing faith in a quick fix. Sorry.
